At earth® shoes, we want you to love your walk. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your unworn shoes back into their original earth® branded box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
